Proper Maintenance of Chain Conveyors:
(1) Check the tightness of the connecting bolts of each chain plate of the stainless steel chain conveyor. Tighten them immediately if any are loose.
(2) Check the tightness of each component of the stainless steel chain conveyor. Tighten them immediately if any are loose.
(3) Pay attention to the lubrication of the reducer of the stainless steel chain conveyor. The lubricating oil should meet the requirements of the oil dipstick. (4) Carefully check the connection status of the inner and outer chain links and the wheels of the stainless steel chain conveyor. If there is wear or positional change, address it promptly.
(5) After operation, thoroughly inspect, clean, and wipe the stainless steel chain conveyor, and tidy the work area.
(6) Check the lubrication status of each working part of the stainless steel chain conveyor. Lubricate according to the equipment lubrication "five-fixed" standard.
